BH or GOVERNMENT

today as i was sleeping in church, due to my health nature, i had a question bothering my mind and i couldn't answer it! i have once had d question here b4 but yesterday issue in Jos keep bringing back the question which i want everyone that has liked this page to contribute with their answer '' WHO IS WORSE! GOVERNMENT or BOKO HARAM? pls your opinion is needed. pls give ur reasons
